There are numerous diets to choose from, and the odds are that you may have already tried a few of them, but can’t seem to achieve that goal in mind. I believe there are 5 basic principles to losing weight.
The first thing we should look at is eating. It’s the cause of the problem, but it’s an enjoyable thing to do and that is what gets us most into trouble. So why not enjoy a diet! So the first tip.
1. ENJOY YOUR DIET. There are so many diets around that there is bound to be one that you can enjoy. What’s the point in following a diet that is hell. Unless you are a masochist.
