As someone who has diabetes and is on a diabetic diet, I can tell you it’s not always easy to stay on it. The foods you once use to eat with great pleasure are now off limits. This, as well as other reasons can make things difficult for anyone. So, what can you do to make things easier? Starting any type of diabetic diet should only be done with the agreement of your doctor or a dietician. Don’t go this alone.
