Cottage cheese should be something you choose to add to your nutritional program, not something that takes up residence on your legs and butt. As a trainer with more than 14 years of experience, I’ve heard the term cellulite described many different ways: cottage cheese, dimples, orange peel, gunk and blobby stuff.

Drinking coffee appears to lower the risk of developing liver cancer, according to findings published in the medical journal Gastroenterology. “Data on potential beneficial effects of coffee on liver function and liver diseases have accrued over the last two decades,” Drs. Susanna C. Larsson and Alicja Wolk, from the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, write.
